Sinaloan Blue Sage, Sapphire Salvia

Description

A low and compact plant, Sinaloan Blue Sage produces dark colored spikes that are adorned with electric blue tubular flowers from spring to fall. The textured foliage is typically tinted with shades of purple as well especially when grown in sunnier conditions. It makes a good companion plant for larger growing Salvias and other plants as well as a compact container plant that looks nice even when not flowering. Provide good drainage and partial shade in areas with hot summer climates.
