Bonnie’s Pink Prairie Phlomakes a vigorous evergreen perennial groundcover and is quite tolerant of deciduous shade as well as full sun although it will be less likely to be affected by powdery mildew. The butterflies can’t seem to leave it alone when its in flower. Vigorous enough to effectively compete with Asiatic Jasmine under the deciduous shade of Post Oaks in our gardens.
Our selection may be the same as Phlopilosa ssp. ozarkana.
