Aquashade is a professional-grade blend of blue and yellow dyes designed to inhibit underwater aquatic plant and algae growth by shading specific portions of the sunlight spectrum (red-orange and blue-violet) required for photosynthesis. EPA-registered and trusted by applicators, this product is most effective in water deeper than two feet and works best when applied early in the season.
